Is this a real tourbillon mechanism?

It's a genuine tourbillon layout — the rotating cage is supported from a single center post below, with no top bridge, exactly like the flying tourbillons found in high-end watchmaking. It doesn't regulate or display time; it's a kinetic sculpture built on that same mechanical principle.
